Funeral services for Clifford William Reed, 61, Olney, Mo., formerly of Waterloo, who died at 6 30 a. m Sunday at Trenton, Mo , of carcinoma are set tentatively for Wednesday at Olney Catholic church The body is. at the McCoy Funeral Home at Troy, Mo.

Mr. Reed was born here Oct 28, 1900. He worked for the Illinois Central Railroad many years and later for the Chicago Great Western at Fairbank. From 1947 to 1958, he was employed at the hospital at Cherokee. He retired in 1958 due to ill health and then went to Olney, Mo., where he made his home since that time.

Surviving are his widow; five stepsons, all of Missouri; and one brother, Robert Reed of 717 River Forest Rd., Evansdale; Mrs. Leo Kane of Fairbank, and Mrs. Glenn Gaffney of Winthrop.

He was preceded in death by one brother, two sisters and parents.
