WATERLOO — Frank Cagley, 80, of Waterloo, died Monday, April 15, at Iowa Methodist Hospital, Des Moines.

He was born Nov. 21, 1932, in Nashua, son of Loyd Robert and Diana Garrison Cagley. He married Priscilla “Pat” Crossley on March 12, 1951, in Clarksville. She died May 28, 2011.

He graduated from Cedar Falls High School and was employed as display manager with Sears, Waterloo, then was a resident counselor with Quakerdale.

Survived by seven sons: Jerry (Denise), Robert and Patrick, all of Waterloo, Frank of Plainfield, Rory and Kurt (Sue), both of Cedar Falls, and Bruce (Mary) of Chicago; three daughters: Theresa Hildreth of Columbus, Ga., and Eva Marie Dunlap and Darcy (Duane) Lewis, both of Waterloo; 31 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; and three sisters: Violet (Michael) Ford of Petaluma, Calif., Bonnie (John) Moeller and Kay Greeley of Waverly.

Preceded in death by a brother in infancy, Robert Greenberry Cagley.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday at Richardson Funeral Service. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday and also for an hour before services Friday at the funeral home.
