Beverly June Oldani (1934-2012) Cedar Falls

Beverly June Oldani (Elliott), a native Iowan passed away on July 18, 2012, at Allen Memorial Hospital Waterloo, Iowa, after a brief illness.

Born to Robert and Gladys Elliott in Jesup, Iowa, Bev graduated from Independence High School and Iowa State Teachers College. She enjoyed a career in financial service industries and private business with her late husband Ed Oldani (Hudson Road Amoco). After the family business was sold, she worked at FedEx Freight and retired in 2008. In recent years, Bev enjoyed gardening, reading, and baking.

Survived by her three children: Steven Oldani(Sue), Patrice "Trish" Oldani, and Dustin Oldani. She also enjoyed her grandchildren Jenna, Mitchell, Sarah and Matthew.

Preceded in death by her parents Robert and Gladys Elliott; and infant brother Ronald; and her husband of 43 years Ed Oldani.

An informal celebration of life will be held Monday, July 23, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Service in Cedar Falls. Family requests remembrances be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice, American Cancer Society, or a charity of your choice in Bev's name. She will be missed.
