Dolores Taylor

Dolores was born October 13, 1938, in Winthrop, Iowa, the daughter of Harry and Gladys (Buckingham) Cornwell. On October 10, 1964, she was united in marriage to Lawrence Taylor in Cedar Falls. He died March 11, 1975. She was employed at the University of Northern Iowa in the Printing Department for 28 years, retiring in 1998.

She is survived by her sons, Douglas (Michelle) Clark of Waterloo, Dennis (Georgia) Clark of Cedar Falls and David (Sheila) Taylor of Cedar Falls; grandchildren, Sherri Clark, Nicholas Clark, Angela Clark, Daniel Clark, Melissa Clark, Colten Taylor and Hailey Taylor; sisters, Phyllis Jurgensen of Independence and Peggy (Ed) Auer of Winthrop and brother, Larry Cornwell of Bristow.

Dolores died Friday, September 24, 2004, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Delbert Cornwell and grandson, Andrew Jeremy Clark.
