Lucien Valor Wells, the son of Stephen Daniel and Hope Ann (Smith) Wells, was stillborn Wednesday, April 2, 2003, at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo.

He is survived by his parents, Stephen D. and Hope A. Wells of Cedar Falls; maternal grandparents, Allan and Mary Smith of Monona, IA; paternal grandparents, Herbert and Barbara Wells of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire; maternal great grandfather, Harold Smith of West Union, IA and paternal great grand-mothers, Marion Wells of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire and Cleo Preston of Milton, Vermont.

Lucien Valor Wells was preceded in death by his paternal great grandfathers, Malcolm Wells and Burton Preston; maternal great-grandmother, Elsie Smith and maternal great-grandparents, Doris and Harry Ipsen.
