WATERLOO — Lori Lynn Bartmess, 34, of Pollock, Mo., formerly of Waterloo, died Friday, Feb. 18, 2005, at Northeast Regional Medical Center, Kirksville, Mo.

She was born Aug. 22, 1970, in Waterloo, daughter of Harold Joe and Lois Louise Ferrie Walitshek. She married James Randy Bartmess on Sept. 23, 2000, in Milan, Mo. Mrs. Bartmess was a 1988 graduate of Parkersburg High School, Parkersburg. She had been employed with Con-Agra Foods, Milan; Dr. Marcia Fowler's clinic, Green City; Second Choice, Green Castle, Mo., since 1997; and had been the postmaster replacement at the Green Castle post office since 1999.

Survivors include four sons: Justin, Christopher and Michael Bartmess, all of Columbia, Mo., and Zachary Walitshek at home; her father of Waterloo; three brothers: David Walitshek of River Falls, Wis., Daniel (Sheila) Walitshek of Holland and Donald (Mary) Walitshek of Gibbs, Mo.; and her grandmother, Dorothy Ferrie of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by her mother.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Glenn E. Kent & Son Funeral Home, Green City, with burial in Scobee Cemetery, Pollock.
