WATERLOO — Perry E. Jensen, 52, of Waterloo, died Friday, April 12, 2013, at Harmony House Health Care Center.

He was born Nov. 10, 1960, in Iowa City, son of Russell E. and Mary Violet Brousseau Jensen.

He graduated from Independence High School. Mr. Jensen worked as a shipping and receiving clerk at Regal Plastic Supply in Evansdale for 22 years, retiring in 2011.

Survived by three brothers: Randy and Dennis (Kelly), both of Waterloo, and Kevin (Nancy) of Independence; two sisters, Pamela Jo “Pam” McManama of Cedar Lake, Ind., and Mary Jo Christiansen of Waterloo; his stepfather, Everette Jones of West Plains, Mo.; and nine nieces and nephews: Jeremy Crawford, Mandy McDonough, Josiah Jensen, Zebulon McManama, Jacob McManama, Michael Jensen, Stephanie Jensen, Christina Christiansen and Keith Christiansen.

Preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Joseph.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday and for an hour before services Friday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Perry enjoyed spending time with his niece Stephanie and his nephew Michael.
