Services for Thomas J. Wade. 41, of 1147 Amherst Ave., will be 9 a.m Thursday at St. John's Catholic Church with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. There will be a scripture service at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Oppold Funeral Home where friends may call. Mr. Wade died at 3:10 p.m. Monday at 1147 Amherst Ave., of a heart attack.

He was born Nov. 7. 1937, in Waterloo, son of John M. and Ruth Heidt Wade. He married JoAnne Price on May 21. 1960, in Waterloo. He was employed as a pressroom supervisor for the past 25 years at Control-0-Fax. He served in the Marine Corps from 1955 to 1959.

Surviving are his wife of 1018 Dundee Ave.: two sons, Bill and David, both of 1018 Dundee Ave.; two daughters, Carolyn and Cathy, both of 1018 Dundee Ave.; his father, John M. of 1147 Amherst Ave.; two sisters, Mrs. Virginia M. Olds of 1107 Downing Ave. and Mrs. Yvonne H. Steinbeck of 1932 Elmwood Drive, Cedar Falls; and a brother, John P. Wade of Joplin, Mo.
