Funeral arrangements for Harry E. Clark, 57, 619 Linden Ave.. are pending at the O'Keefe & Towne Funeral Home. Mr. Clark died at 1:45 p. m. Sunday at home of a heart attack.

Mr. Clark was born in Elma on Jan. 13, 1901, the son of Edwin and Julia Carroll Clark. He was married in Riceville on July 4, 1931, to Mae Burnes. He had been a resident of Waterloo for the past 22 years.

Mr. Clark was employed here with the North American Car Corp. for the past 10 years. He was a member of the St. John's Catholic Church and of the Holy Name Society of St. John's parish.

He is survived by his widow, at home, and by three daughters: Mrs. William Kelsey, 18 Lobdell Rd;, Mrs. William DeForest, Long Beach, Calif., and by Miss Sharon Clark, at home.

Also surviving are two sons, Larry Clark, with the U. S. Navy in Hawaii, and James, at home.

Six sisters survive. They are: Miss Mae Clark, Stacyville; Mrs. Earl Kelly, Elma; Mrs. Edward Spaulding, Detroit, Mich.; Mrs. Arthur Campbell, Dearborn, Mich.; Mrs. Elmer Heinz, Mt. Clemens, Mich., and Mrs. Ellery Gray, of Grand Rapids, Mich.

Also survivng is a brother, Walter Clark, San Francisco, Calif., and one grandson.
