Prayer services for Rudolf A. Fessler of 402 Ankeny Street, who died Friday in St. Francis Hospital, will be conducted at 3 p. m. Tuesday at the O'Keefe & Towne Funeral Home by Rt. Rev. Msgr. J. P. Martin, pastor of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.

Following the prayer services, rites will be conducted by members of Waterloo lodge No. 290. B. P. O. Elks. Committal service at the grave will also be conducted by the Elks at Calvary Cemetery.
