COUGH SYRUP OVERDOSE KILLS CHILD

A self-administered overdose of cough syrup proved fatal Wednesday for an 18-month-old Waterloo girl

Nancy Dietz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jay Dietz, of 2500 Hammond Ave;, died at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday at Allen Memorial Hospital. She entered the hospital at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday after she drank the medicine.
