CEDAR FALLS-Anna Marie Belz, 97, of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, Jan. 28, at the Western Home Communities Martin Center.

She was born July 24, 1909, in Waterloo, daughter of Ferdinand and Kathryn Smith Baumgartner. She married Paul W. Belz on June 13,1928, in Nashua. He died Dec. 6,1991.

Survivors include: a son, Carl (Christine) of Cedar Falls; a daughter, Pauline (Edward) Wilderbuer of Cedar Falls; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by; a brother, Kenneth Baumgartner; and a half brother, John Erie.

Services: 11 a.m. Thursday at Western Home Communities Chapel, with burial in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens. Public visitation from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Richardson Funeral Home, with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m. Visitation also for an hour before services Thursday at the chapel.
