Funeral services for Mrs. William T. Brietske, 48, 515 Almond St., who died at 8:42 p.m. Saturday at Allen Memorial Hospital of a kidney-ailment, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Walnut St. Baptist Church. The Rev. Arthur Woolsey, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

She was born Urah (Suzzie) Weller on May 25, 1910, at Armstrong, Iowa, the daughter of Alonzo and Sylvia Moore. She resided in Trego, Wisconsin, coming to Iowa in 1915. She attended public schools in Trego and in Emmet and Palo Alto Counties. She was graduated from high school at Mallard. She attended ISTC extension normal school at Estherville and taught rural school in Palo Also County for two years.

She was married to William T. Brietske at Curlew, on June 11, 1930. They came to Waterloo in 1937. She was a member of Walnut St. Baptist Church. For the past 15 years she was as active in boys and girls Scout work in northeast Iowa. For the past eight years she was a member of the recreation boar. For six years prior to her illness she was employed in the Waterloo public schools.

Surviving are her husband at home one son, Robert of Des Moines; two daughters, Nancy Brietske, Detroit, Mich; Judith Brietske, who is attending school at Johnson City N. Y; four grandchildren and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Weller of Huntington, Iowa; two sisters, Mrs. Clyde Saltz of Curlew, Iowa; Mrs. Wilbur Widman, Minnesota Lake, Minnesota' one brother, Clarence Weller of Mallard, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

The body will be taken from the Parrott & Wood Funeral Home to the church at noon Wednesday. The family asks that memorial be given to Walnut Street Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
