Thru diligent efforts of the sister superior of St. Francis Hospital, friends of Ernest A. Bailey, world wanderer, who died here Thursday of injuries received on May 3, by being struck by a hit-and-run motor truck as he swung off an Illinois Central freight train, have been located and a Christian burial requested.

Funeral services were conducted at 2 p. m. today by Rev. E. B. Mounsey, rector of Christ Episcopal Church, at the O'Keefe & Towne chapel. Burial was in Fairview.

According to a communication from D. J. Luty, Hartford, Conn., Bailey's home was in New London, Conn., but he had no near relatives.
