Rolland Rhodenbaugh, 82, of 516 Stratford Ave., died at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday at Woodland Convalescent Home of complications incident to advanced age.

Born July 17, 1888 in Clinton County, his parents were Ellis and Ellen Rhodenbaugh.

He married Mae Lucy McClay October 21, 1959 and prior to retirement a few years ago, was employed for 35 years by Construction Machinery Company. Rhodenbaugh was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church.

Surviving besides his widow are one stepson, Erwin Johnson of Cedar Rapids; two step grandchildren; and one step great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents two brothers and one son.

Arrangements are pending at the Parrott and Wood Funeral Home where friends may call after noon Wednesday.
