HUDSON — Suzann “Suzy” L. (Shipanik) Hall, 52, of Hudson, died Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at Cedar Valley Hospice Home from complications of an illness.

She was born August 11, 1960 in Waterloo, daughter of Donald and Marilyn Marsau Shipanik. She married Brad Hall, they later divorced.

She graduated from Broomfield High School, Broomfield, Colorado, in 1978. She worked as a front desk receptionist at hotels in the Waterloo area and attended St. Timothy Lutheran Church, Hudson.

Survived by three daughters: Anne (Jacob) Gardner, San Diego, Brenna (Ryan) Dabney of Cedar Falls and Lindsay Hall of Waterloo; five grandchildren, Attica, Adrianna, Skylar, Olivia and Trevor; two sisters, Katie (Perry) Oglesbee and Liz (Dan) Folladori, both of Hudson; her father of Hudson; and her companion, Dale Anderson of Hudson.

Preceded in death by her mother.

Services: 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, Hudson, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery, Waterloo. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Locke Funeral Home, Waterloo.
