MRS. CLARA WOELLERT

Funeral services are pending at the Locke Funeral Home for Mrs. Clara G. Woellert, 98, of 3515 Pheasant Lane who died at Allen Memorial Hospital Saturday at 8 p.m. of a heart condition.

Mrs. Woellert was born Clara Philley in Green County, N.Y., on Feb. 21, 1875, the daughter of Isaac and Jane Belts Philley.

She married Francis B. Wheeler June 7, 1897. He preceded her in death and she later married George Woellert. She had six children by her first marriage and one son by her second marriage.

She was a member of First United Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by two sons, Charles D. Wheeler of 2021 W. Sixth St. and Phillip Woellert of Portland, Ore.; two daughters, Mrs. Wesley Seward of 3515 Pheasant Lane and Mrs. Ed Wolfe of 600 Park Lane; 14 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; and 17 great great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents, two husbands, one son, two daughters, two brothers, four sisters, three step daughters, one stepson, one grandson, three greatgrandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Friends who wish may give memorials in her name to the First United Presbyterian Church.

Friends may call at Locke Funeral Home after 5 p.m. Tuesday.
