MIRIAM ALICE ASQUITH.

Funeral services for Miss Miriam Alice Asquith, 67. who died Thursday night at the home of her nephew, Harold Ball, 1811 Third Avenue West, will be at 2:30 p. m.Monday in First Brethren Church, Rev. S. M. Whetstone, pastor, officiating. Burial will be In Elmwood.

There will be a prayer service at 2 in the home.Members of Lincoln circle, Ladies of the G. A. R., of which deceased was a member, are asked to meet at First Brethren church at 2:15 p. m. to attend the services In a body. The organization will give its ritualistic service.

Cemetery records list her first name as Marion, as does the 1915 Iowa census for Waterloo, and the 1920 US census for the same jurisdiction. Her name is spelled as Mariam/Mirriam/Miriam/Meriam on several other census records.
