Jean C. Woock, 91, of Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center, died Thursday, Jan. 4, 2007, at the center of natural causes. She was born June 22, 1915, in Waterloo, daughter of Stanley and Susan Wodzica Katoski.

She married Paul Leo Woock on June 29, 1935 in Waterloo. He died April 11, 1983.

Survivors include two sons, Gary (Mary Lou) of Green Mountain, NC, Stanley (Melissa) of Waterloo; three daughters: Nancy Bagley, and Frances (Herb) Mohler, both of Waterloo, and Susan (Donald) Hancock of Davenport; nine grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; one sister, Irene Dance of Mission Hills, CA.

Preceded in death by three brothers: Louis. Leonard. and Rev. Gentile Katoski.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Public visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Monday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street where there will be a 4 p.m. Catholic Daughters of the Americas rosary and a 7 p.m. vigil service. Visitation will continue for one hour prior to services on Tuesday at the church.
