A son was stillborn to Mr. and Mrs. Charles Davis, 401 Glenwood street, in St. Francis hospital at 11 p.m. Friday.

Surviving are the parents; three sisters, Valeta, 10; Valerie, 8; and Connie, 6, all at home; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Davis, Deer Creek, Minn.; the maternal grandmother, Mrs. Albert Tures, Quasqueton, Ia.

Kearns Garden chapel had charge of a burial service Saturday morning in Elmwood cemetery.
