WATERLOO — Nancy L. Mann, 83, of Waterloo, formerly of Washburn, died Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, at Covenant Medical Center.

She was born July 2, 1929, in Sharon, Pa., daughter of Robert and Francis Mary Martin Maskrey. She married James M. Mann on May 21, 1955, in Des Moines. He died June 17, 1995.

She graduated from high school in Hartford, Ohio, and served in the U.S. Army. Mrs. Mann worked as a nurse aide at Allen Hospital for 17 years, retiring in 1988.

Survived by two sons, Douglas (Jeri) of Waterloo and Clifford (Ellen) of Hutchinson, Kan.; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Rosanna Lark of Pennsylvania; and two brothers, Dean Maskery of Mercer, Pa., and Robert Maskery of Ohio.

Services: 1 p.m. Wednesday at Garden View Chapel, preceded by two hours of visitation, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery with full military honors.
