EVANSDALE — Dolores Emma Fuller, 87, of Evansdale, died Monday, Dec. 24, 2012, at Allen Hospital, Waterloo, of a sudden illness.

She was born May 10, 1925, in Minneapolis, daughter of Joseph and Margaret Appelhans Schiefelbein. She married Frank Fuller on Jan. 18, 1947, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Waterloo. He died Dec. 31, 1999.

Mrs. Fuller was employed by Sears and retired in 1970. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Evansdale.

Survived by a son, Larry (Marti Blacksmith) of Waterloo; four daughters: Sharon (Steve) Witt of Rochester, Minn., Teresa (Dan) Shere of Evansdale, Christine (Craig) Wilson of Washburn and Valerie Pryor of Waterloo; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; 13 stepgreat-grandchildren; four stepgreat-great-grandchildren; and three sisters: Anna Marie Lae, Barbara Weaver and Patricia Noland, all of Oregon.

Preceded in death by a grandson; two brothers; and two sisters.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, An Overton Family Service, with a 5 p.m. vigil. Visitation continues an hour before services Monday at the church.
