WATERLOO — Jackson Jay “Jay” Foreman, 60, of Waterloo, died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012, at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center.

He was born July 20, 1952, in Cleveland, son of Jack and Betty Lathrop Foreman.

He served during the Vietnam War. Mr. Foreman was employed as a parts service manager at Auto Zone, Waterloo, for two years after being transferred after 10 years from the Auto Zone in Georgia.

Survived by a stepson, Chad (Stacey) Shader of Waverly; two stepdaughters, Shawna (Todd) Powell of Wisconsin and Dawn King of Waterloo; a sister, Jackie (Charlie) Harmon of Dallas, Ga.; and a stepbrother, Myron (Nancy) Engelhardt of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Diane Blackford and Sandy Chamberlain.

Services will be held at a later date, with inurnment in Pine Ridge Memorial Park, Kennesaw, Ga., at a later date. Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, An Overton Family Service, is in charge of arrangements.
