Dominick Lamar Mallett-Ohrt, two months old, died Friday, March 2, 2007, at Sartori Hospital.

He was born on December 26, 2006, in Waterloo, the son of Brianna Ohrt and Terrance Mallett.

Survivors include his parents; a big brother, Jayden Ohrt, of Cedar Falls; Grandparents, Donette and Wendell Mallett, and John and Kathleen Ohrt, all of Waterloo; great-grandparents Marion and Vernon Shears, Joanna Schwickerath, and Madonna Ohrt.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandfathers, James Loffredo and Merlin Ohrt, and by great-grandparents, Virgie and Fred Mallett.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, on the corner of Garden and Pleasant in Cedar Falls, with burial at Alcock Cemetery. Public Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, and one hour before services Tuesday at the church.
