Alma Dorothy Moore, 93, of Rosewood Estates, formerly of Elk Run Heights, died Tuesday January 30, 2007 at Allen Hospital of natural causes.

She was born November 19, 1913 in Tipton, the daughter of Charles Edward and Harriet Siver Owens.

She married James R. Moore on November 6, 1934 in Tipton. He died January 22, 1991. She worked at TiPiTi Inn and later as a cashier and hostess for Freeman's Cafe for 25 years retiring in 1979. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her husband a daughter Lynda Wessel, and two brothers, Roy and Earl Owens.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Hagarty Waychoff Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway Waterloo with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Public visitation will be for an hour before services on Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to a charity of donors choice.
