Junior Herman Brimmer 87 of Waterloo, died Friday October 5, at his daughters home.

He was born November 18, 1924 at Independence, Iowa, son of Edson and Ella Butters Brimmer.

He was employed as a Metal Worker with J J Meany Casket Company for 32 years. He served in the United States Army during WWII

Survived by one Son, Brian Brimmer of Evansdale, IA; three daughters: Kim (Neil) Ames of Evansdale, Ia., Kathy (Charles) Corcoran and Karen (Terry) Knight both of Waterloo; thirteen grandchildren: Ashlee, April, Amber and Austin Brimmer, Brittyn, Kalyb, and Haley Nagel, Amanda, Brittney and Dylan Corcoran, Ryan, Dustin, and Brandon Knight and nine great-grandchildren. .

Preceded in death by four Brothers: Willard, Gilbert, Clifford and George Brimmer; two Sisters Edith Elliott and Margarite Bowers.

Memorial Services: 1:30 pm Tuesday October 9 at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street

Visitation: Friends may call one hour prior to services at Funeral Home.

Full Military rites will be conducted by Nugent Demuth Post 714 of Gilbertville.
