CEDAR FALLS - Dolores Bartling Clark, 83, of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, September 23, 2012 at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo.

She was born November 28, 1928, in rural Cedar Falls, the daughter of Albert and Mary Kern Wallace. She graduated from Denver High School in 1946.

She married Elmer Bartling on April 12, 1947. He died May 21, 1998. She then married Roger Clark July 12, 2008 in Waterloo.

Dolores was employed at Rath Packing Co. in Waterloo, raised her family, worked at the Hub Restaurant on College Hill, then Jacob's Flower Shop, and finally retired from Control-o-Fax after 20 years in 1994, Following retirement, she worked for Nichols Corporation doing samples at Walmart in Cedar Falls and Waverly.

Survived by her husband of Cedar Falls; daughter Sharon (Don) Greenway of Waterloo; son, Ron Bartling of Dallas, TX; two grandchildren, Aaron (Gleyser) Greenway and Jill Greenway; great granddaughter, Anna Greenway.

Preceded by three brothers: Clifford, Donald, and Virgil Wallace, half-brother, Frankie Wallace and half-sister, Virginia Kern.

Services 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, at Cedar Valley Community Church in Waterloo, with interment in the Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, Cedar Falls. Visitation will be from 4to 7 p.m. Monday at the Richardson Funeral Service and also one hour prior to the services at the church.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice.
