CEDAR FALLS - Esther P. Webb, 93, of Cedar Falls, formerly of Iowa Falls, died Saturday, September 22, 2012, at the Western Home Communities Elizabeth E. Martin Health Center.

She was born February 7, 1919, in Mitchell, South Dakota, daughter of Rev Earl and Alda (Beebe) Prosser. Following high school, she received a bachelor's degree in music from Taylor University in Indiana.

On September 3, 1942, she married J. Ellis Webb in Decatur, MI. He died on June 9, 2005.

Survived by her daughter, Elaine J. (Mick) Rosenau of Cedar Falls; two sons, Rev. Leland J. (Catherine) Webb of Des Moines, and Rev. Philip J. (Ellen) Webb of Boone; seven grandchildren: Kristin (Alan) Halverson, Tim (Alissa) Rosenau, Jason (Lisa) Webb, Adam (Suzie) Webb, Nicholas, Mackenzie and Tamsin Webb; and six great-grandchildren: Benjamin Alan and Joshua Kristian Halverson, Ahna Faith and Ellis John Rosenau, Lorelei Faith, and Violet Louise Webb.

Proceeded in death by her husband and a sister, Ruth Keizer.

Memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 29, 2012, at First United Methodist Church, Cedar Falls. Visitation will be one hour prior to the Service. Inurnment in Union Cemetery, Iowa Falls, at a later date. Richardson Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
