Diana Mae Vogt, 85, of Evansdale died Saturday, July 7, 2007 at Covenant Medical Center of natural causes.

She was born Dec. 21, 1921 in Waterloo, the daughter of Frank and Adelaide Storey Beasley.

She married Cyril Dan Vogt on Nov. 9, 1940, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Waterloo. Mrs. Vogt was a homemaker.

Survived by her husband of Evansdale; five daughters: Lynda (Merv) Sealock of Clutier, Judy (Dana) Anderson, Carol Vogt all of Waterloo Nancy (Jim) Falk of Clive and Pam (Frank) Gibson of Cedar Falls; 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; and a brother James Beasley, of Cedar Falls.

Preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Carl and Benjamin Beasley; two sisters, Betty Beasley and June Pierce; and a great grandson Brett Michael Sealock.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Queen of Peace Catholic Church with entombment in Mt. Olivet Mausoleum. Public visitation from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway where there will be a 4 p.m Legion of Mary rosary and a 7:00 p.m. Vigil. Visitation also one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the church.
