Edna Weichers Kreb, 92, of Waterloo died Monday, June 18, 2007 at Denver Sunset Home of natural causes. She was born April 2 1915 in rural Grundy County daughter of Dick and Malena Molendorp Weichers.

She married Paul George Kreb on December 28 1957 in Nashua. He died May 12 2002. She and her husband farmed in the Waterloo area all their married lives.

Survivors include four sisters-in-law: Esther Kreb of Waterloo, Mary (Russell) Cripps of Marshalltown, LaVine Weichers of Colorado, and Esther Weichers of Waterloo; and a brother-in-law, Francis (Janet) Kreb of Cedar Falls.

Preceded in death by six sisters: Anna Rindels, Grace Freese, Rena Huisman, Leona Hopkins, Mildred Weichers, and Nettie Huisman, and five brothers: Conrad Weichers Lester Weichers Dale Weichers John Weichers and Harold Weichers.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Westminster Presbyterian Church Chapel with burial in Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery. Public visitation will be at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway from 4 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday and continue for one hour before services at the chapel on Friday.

Memorials may be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church or Cedar Valley Hospice 207 20th St. NW Waverly.
