Clifford Marvin Bettis Jr. - August 11, 1953 - April 17, 2007

Clifford M. Bettis Jr. 53, of Waterloo died April 17, 2007 at his home.

He was born August 11 1953 in Cedar Falls son of Clifford Marvin and Margaret Anne Crow Bettis Sr.

He married Pat Thompson and they were later divorced. Mr. Bettis attended Dunkerton High School. He was employed with John Deere Waterloo Tractor Works for 30 years until retirement.

Survivors include two sons, Gabriel (Ruth) and Elias, both of Sacramento, CA; two grandchildren his mother of Cedar Falls, a brother Charles (Terry), of Atkins and two sisters, Peggy Bettis of Waterloo and Jane Rowray of Cassville, MO.

Preceded in death by a daughter Jerusalem.

Joint Services for Clifford Jr. and his father Clifford Sr. will be 1:00 p.m. Friday at Hagarty Waychoff Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Public visitation from 5-8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
