EVANSDALE — Judith Marie Zook, 67, of Evansdale, died Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012 at Allen Hospital, Waterloo, following a lengthy illness.

She was born Sept. 30, 1944, in Cedar Falls, daughter of Dencil and Marie Smith Wheelock. She married Harlan W. Zook. He preceded her in death.

Survived by two sons, Mark (Dawn) of Traer and Matthew (Christy) of Evansdale; six grandchildren, Allan, Nick, Sarah, Tyler, Craig and Thomas; 15 greatgrandchildren; four brothers, Larry, Bill, Danny and Joey; and three sisters: Laura, Christa and Starla.

Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday at Crossroads Assembly of God Church, preceded by an hour of visitation. Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, an Overton Family Service, Waterloo, is assisting the family.
