Omaha, Neb.- Frances “Joy” Dixon died July 19, 2012 in Omaha, Neb. She was born in Waterloo July 4, 1926.

Preceded in death by parents Prince and Nancy Searcy; son Ray.

Survived by son Charles Dixon (Nancy); daughter Laurel Wheeler (Don); brother Neil Searcy (Pat); grandchildren Joy (Chad), Jennifer and Danny; great-grandchildren Noah, Nicholas and Abigail; nieces and nephews; grandnieces and grandnephews.

Services Tuesday, July 31, 11 a.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Waterloo. Interment in Bedford Cemetery, Auburn, Neb. Memorials to Westminster Presbyterian Church, Waterloo.
