GREENE --- Juanita Marie "Nita" Roseberry Myrsiades, 63, of Greene, died at home Saturday, July 14, 2012.

She was born September 7, 1948, in Waterloo, daughter of Percy and Mary Cunningham Roseberry. She married Tom Myrsiades on May 6, 1967, in Portland, Ore.

Mrs. Myrsiades graduated from Columbus Catholic High School, Waterloo, in 1966, and later attended Metro State College, Denver, Colo. She had many jobs over the years, including working for the state of Colorado for 17 years as general administrator in human resources, retiring in 2000. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Greene, and helped in several areas of the church and community.

Survived by her husband; a son, James E. (Carol); a daughter, Melissa A. Myrsiades; two grandchildren, Mark and Maisie Myrsiades; three great-grandchildren; her mother; two brothers; and two sisters.

Preceded in death by her father and two sisters.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Greene, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Reid's Funeral Chapel, Greene, with a 7 p.m. Scriptural wake service. Visitation also an hour before services Tuesday at the church.

Nita was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She will be missed by all whom she touched.
