WATERLOO - Susie Evans, 83, of Lansdale, Pa., formerly of Waterloo, died at home Saturday, Feb. 25.

She was born March 26, 1928, in Menno, S.D., daughter of Andrew and Barbara Glanzer Wollman. She married James E. Evans on June 8, 1957, in Sioux Falls, S.D. He died Oct. 14, 1990.

Mrs. Evans was a homemaker throughout her life.

Survived by a daughter, Kimberly (Dennis) Murphy of Lansdale; two sons, James (Traci) Evans of Friendswood, Texas, and Dwight (Barbaretta) Hofer, Denver, Colo.; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Sam Wollman of Huron, S.D.; and two sisters, Mary Hofer of Sioux City and Naomi Hofer of Bridgewater, S.D.

Preceded in death by two brothers, Ruben and Simon Wollman

Services: 1 p.m. Saturday at Locke Funeral Home, preceded by an hour of visitation, with burial in Waterloo Cemetery.
