CYRUS B. MYERS

Cyrus B. Myers. 73, of 507 Albany Street, died Thursday at 3:30 p. m. in Isolation hospital from a stroke of apoplexy. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1:30 p. m. in Kearns Garden chapel by Rev. Charles L. Luce. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.

Born August 18, 1872, on a farm near Littleton, Iowa, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. M. A. Myers. His second marriage on July 15, 1931, in Waterloo was to Lillian Shoup.

He was a member of IOOF Black Hawk Lodge No. 72 and Grace Methodist Church.

Surviving in addition to the widow are a son, Franklin, and a daughter. Mrs. Margaret Ackerman, both of Rockford, Illinois; three step-children, John Shoup, Waverly, lowa, Mrs. Ernest Blachard, Nashua, Iowa, and Mrs. Marshall Leaman, 404 Allen Street.
