Susan Kay Powers, 4, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Powers, Route 6, Waterloo, died at 11 p.m. Thursday at a Dixon, Illinois hospital where she had been a patient for the past two years.

She was born July 3, 1941 the daughter of John and Wilma Powers.

Surviving besides the parents are a brother, Howard, 2; three step-brothers, four step-sisters, and the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jess Billick, Route 6, Waterloo.

The body will be brought from Dixon, Illinois, to the O'Keefe & Towne Funeral HOme Friday night. Funeral arrangements will be made later.
