Frank Bisdorf, 62, who formerly lived at 1719 East Fourth Street, died at 2:20 a. m. Thursday at
Harlingen, Texas, where he and his wife resided during the winter. Cause of death was attributed to angina.

Bisdorf had been a general contractor in Waterloo since 1923 and had retired a year ago.

Born Dec. 4, 1883, at Gilbertville, lowa, he was the son of John and Miranda Bisdorf. He came to Waterloo with his parents when approximately 10 years of age.

On June 20, 1905, he was married to Jennie Stoner at Waverly. She died in 1934. He was married Feburary 14, 1935 to Hazel Scoville, from whom he was divorced June 1, 1945. In September, 1945, he was married to Iva DeBuhr in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Surviving are his wife; a daughter by his first marriage, Mrs. Lucille Trygg, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; a sister, Mrs. George Hawver, 1825 East Fourth Street; two brothers, Philip, 803 West Fifth Street and Nick, Chicago, and three grandchildren.

A son preceded him in death.

He was a member of Calvary Evangelical Church.

The body is expected to arrive in Waterloo early Sunday morning, accompanied by Mrs. Bisdorf. Funeral services have been temporarily set for 1:30 p.m. Monday at O'Keef & Towne Funeral Home.
