WATERLOO - Calvin A. Dunegan, 73, of Waterloo, died Thursday, Feb. 23, at Covenant Medical Center.

He was born Oct. 16, 1938, in Batesville, Ark., son of Mack Adam and Mary Inez Bushey Dunegan. He married Janet Scott on Dec. 23, 1963, in Waterloo.

Mr. Dunegan was a supervisor for a juice processing plant in Florida until his retirement.

Survived by his wife; two sons, Calvin Jr. (Tara) of Waterloo and Joseph (Jennifer) of Headland, Ala.; a daughter, Christina (Troy) Martin of Grand Rapids, Mich.; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, David G. (Debbie) of Des Moines and Danial (Geri) of Wheaton, Mo.; and a sister, Linda Steele of Collinsville, Ala.

Preceded in death by two brothers, William and Mack; two sisters, Kathryn Caldwell and Betty Ann DuBois; and a grandson, Tracy Wilson.

Services: 10 a.m. Monday at Faith Assembly of God Church, Elk Run Heights, with burial in West View Cemetery, La Porte City. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball, and for an hour before services Monday at the church.
