Beulah Maxine LeBahn, 85 of Cedar Falls, Iowa, formerly of New Hartford, died on Friday, April 16, 2004 at the Windsor Nursing and Rehab, Cedar Falls, Iowa of natural causes.

She was born on May 3, 1918 in Parkersburg, Iowa, daughter of Leo F. and Nellie Mae (Sells) Garrison. She attended school until 11th grade in Mountain Grove, Missouri. She received her high school diploma at the age of 52.

On September 23, 1935 Beulah was united in marriage to Donald LeBahn in Dumont, Iowa. The couple made their home in New Hartford, she continued to live there until she moved to Windsor Nursing and Rehab in 2001.

She enjoyed reading and writing poems. She collected salt and pepper shakers. She especially enjoyed her children and grandchildren. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge and 1918 Club.

Beulah is survived by her children, Nellie Bishop of San Antonio, Texas; Shirley Johnson of Waterloo, Iowa; Donald Jr. and Doris LeBahn of Jesup, Iowa; Arthur and Lois LeBahn of Madisonville, Kentucky; Richard (Bo) and Jan LeBahn of Cedar Falls, Iowa; David and Carolyn LeBahn of New Hartford, Iowa; Timothy and Denise LeBahn of New Hartford, Iowa; nineteen grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild; and a half sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donald Frederick LeBahn Sr. in 1993, an infant daughter, Maxine Rae, three infant grandchildren, two infant great grandchildren, one brother, Theodore (Buddy) Garrison; one sister, Selma Bolton, a half brother, Frank Garrison, one son in law, Rich Johnson.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at 10:30 am at the New Hartford Methodist Church. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, New Hartford. Visitation will be held Monday at New Hartford Methodist Church from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Memorials may be directed to the family.
