WATERLOO - James "Flockie" Harold Flockhart, 74, of Chandler, Ariz., formerly of Waterloo, died Thursday, Jan. 26, at his home.

He was born May 23, 1937, in Waterloo.

He worked at Weber's Cycle Center in Waterloo, and opened a motorcycle repair shop, J & J Hub, with his friend, John, in Scottsdale, Ariz. Mr. Flockhart was a MAC Tool distributor, an instructor at Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Phoenix, and an instructor at Universal Technical Institute in Avondale, Ariz, retiring after 26 years.

Survived by his wife, Victoria; three sons; three daughters; 24 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers; and a sister.

Preceded in death by: a son, Jayme; and a sister, Shelly.

Services: 12:30 p.m. Monday at UTI's Auditorium, Avondale, Ariz.
