Besima Obic, 52, of Waterloo, died Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She was born January 9, 1956 in Bosnia; the daughter of Osman and Zlata Traljasic Kuduzovic. She married Hasan Obic on March 11, 2003 in Waterloo.

She has worked at Tyson Foods for over ten years.

Survived by: her husband, Hasan of Waterloo; her mother, Zlata Kuduzovic of Waterloo; one son, Nermin Cerimovic of Waterloo; two daughters, Sebiha Cerimovic and Alma Obic, both of Waterloo; four grandchildren; four brothers, Huse and Safet Kuduzovic both of Waterloo and Besem and Saleh Kuduzovic, both of Bosnia and three sisters, Irma, Hanko and Mejro Kuduzovic all of Bosnia.

Preceded in death by her father, Osman Kuduzovic.

Janaza Prayer and burial will take place at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, November 13. 2008 in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Waterloo.

Service: 3:00 PM Thursday, November 13, 2008, Graveside Janaza Prayer & Burial, Garden of Light, Garden of Memories Cemetery, 3669 Logan Avenue, Waterloo, IA. The Kearns, Huisman – Schumacher Chapel on Kimball in charge of arrangements.
