WATERLOO - Kathryn S."Katie" Myers-Casberg, 100, of Waterloo, died Friday, Jan. 13, at Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born Feb. 2, 1911, in Winthrop, daughter of Sylvester J. and Matilda Price McCarthy. She married Oliver J. Myers May 10, 1931, in Galena, Ill. He died in 1950. She married Arthur B. Casberg March 31, 1953, in Chicago. He died July 26, 1979.

Mrs. Casberg was a real estate broker in the Waterloo area for many years, retiring in 1982.

Survived by a nephew, Ronald (Judy) McCarthy of Waterloo; and a niece, Marilyn (Larry) West of Texas.

Preceded in death by a son, Albert D. Casberg; two brothers, William McCarthy and John McCarthy; and a sister, Betty Coffey.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Public visitation will be held for an hour before services Wednesday at the funeral home.
