WATERLOO - Toya M. Curtis Bey, 54, of Chicago, formerly of Waterloo, died Saturday, Dec. 24, at her home of natural causes.

She was born June 1, 1957.

Preceded in death by: a grandmother, Eloise Houston-Hill; her mother, Anita White Curtis; her father, Alton Curtis; and an uncle, Michael White.

Graveside service: 1 p.m. Wednesday at Garden of Memories. Public visitation will be held for two hours before services Wednesday at Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories.
