WATERLOO - Kenneth M. Seeley, 94, of Waseca, Minn., formerly of Waterloo, died Friday, Jan. 6, at his home.

He was born Oct. 1, 1917, in Waterloo, son of Harry B. and Ruth Weldon Seeley. He married Louise W. Reiners Feb. 7, 1942, in Lancaster, Mo. She died March 17, 1995.

He graduated from Waterloo East High School in 1935. Mr. Seeley worked for John Deere & Co. in Waterloo for 33 years, retiring in 1978.

Survived by a son, Larry L. (Judy) of Waseca, Minn.; four grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by a daughter, Kathye Allen; a grandson; and a brother, Russell.

Memorial services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Waterloo, with inurnment in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Public visitation will be held for an hour before services Tuesday at the church. The Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel, Waterloo, is assisting the family.
