CEDAR FALLS - Therese P. "Terry" Roy, 74, of Cedar Falls, died Saturday, Dec. 24, at Elizabeth E. Martin Health Center of the Western Home Communities.

She was born Feb. 11, 1937, in Manchester, N.H., daughter of Treffle and Alice Jutras Daneault. She married Norbert R. Roy on Aug. 30, 1954, in Manchester.

Mrs. Roy graduated from the St. Louis School of Nursing, Berlin, N.H., and was a nurse for 15 years and a bookkeeper for 24 years with Iowa Diesel Injection Service, New Hartford.

Survived by her husband; one son, Clifford of Cedar Falls; a daughter, Elaine (Greg) Stieneke of Cherokee; and three grandchildren, Paige, Adam and Matthew Stieneke.

Preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Armand, Lionel and Maurice Daneault; and six sisters, Helen Chandonette, Beatrice Grimard, Violette Pouliot, Irene Beaudin, Cecile Boucher and Annette LaRochell.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with a 7 p.m. Scripture service. Visitation also an hour before services Wednesday at the church.
