WATERLOO - Timothy R. "Tim" Underwood, 49, of Waterloo, died Wednesday, Dec. 7, at his home of natural causes.

He was born June 1, 1962, in Cedar Rapids. His parents are Merland "Jay" and Roseann Cook Underwood.

Survived by his parents of Hudson; a sister, Jaylynn Knebel of Cedar Falls; a niece, Katelyn Knebel; and a nephew, Joshua Knebel.

Preceded in death by his grandparents.

Services: 1 p.m. Wednesday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball, with burial in Waterloo Cemetery. There will be no visitation. The family will greet friends in the community room at the funeral home after the burial.
