WATERLOO - Estell "Pee-Wee" Walton, 73, of Indianapolis, formerly of Waterloo, died Tuesday, Aug. 16, at North Capital Nursing Home in Indianapolis of natural causes.

He was born July 20, 1938, in Lexington, Miss., son of David and Lela Jones Walton. He married Martha Ann Montgomery in 1956 in Lexington. They later divorced.

He was employed with Waterloo Industries.

Survived by four daughters, Martha (Paul) Ackinson of McKenzie, Tenn., Kathleen (Paul) Hayden of Indianapolis, Jennifer of Mississippi and Linda of Cedar Falls; three sons, David of Cedar Rapids and Jimmy and Elder Carl McGrone (Katrina), both of Waterloo; two sisters, Catherine Mickens of Waterloo and Clara (Curtis James Sr.), both of Waterloo; four grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by four brothers, Chester Sr., Aaron, George Sr. and Henry; a sister, Susie Mae Hoskins; and two grandchildren.

Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Deliverance Temple Church of God in Christ, with burial in Fairview Cemetery, both in Waterloo. Public visitation from 5 to 6 p.m. today at Sanders Funeral Service, and for two hours before services Saturday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the church in his name.
