CEDAR FALLS - Beatrice "Bea" Davis, 71, of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, June 5, at Cedar Valley Hospice Home, Waterloo.

She was born Jan. 30, 1940, in Riley Springs, Texas, daughter of John W. and Helen D. Close Jones.

Ms. Davis was employed at the First Street McDonald's, retiring in 2000.

Survived by a son, James (Mary Jo) Snyder of Waterloo; a daughter, Sandy (Randy) Lee of Stout; two grandchildren, Steven Wigley of Fort Worth, Texas, and Daniel Reddout of Waterloo; three brothers; and a sister, Lucy V. Toton of Dallas.

Preceded in death by her parents.

There will be no service or visitation. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
