WATERLOO - Marlyn Rae "Casey" Clark, 74, of Brooklyn, formerly of Waterloo, died Thursday, May 26, at his home.

He was born Sept. 1, 1936, in Waterloo, son of Alvin Frank "Casey" and Mabel Fern London Clark. He married Darlius Reiners Sept. 2, 1957, in Waterloo.

Mr. Clark was employed by Fay Thompson Standard for awhile, was a Black Hawk County Reserve Sheriff for 13 years, and was employed by John Deere & Co. for 28 years, retiring in 1994. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles in Waterloo and Tama, NEI CB Club and UAW Local 838.

Survived by his wife; a son, Samuel R. "Sumo" (Donna) of Waterloo; three daughters, Deanna (Daniel) Holst of Rapid City, S.D., Shawn S. Craft of Waterloo and Leanne (Garland) Inman of Waterloo; a sister, Donna Graves of Cedar Falls; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous adopted children.

Preceded in death by four brothers; and a sister.

Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Garden View Chapel Funeral Home, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, with a 6:30 p.m. Eagle's tribute. Visitation will continue for an hour before services Wednesday at the funeral home.
